At the core of his answer is the idea of \u201critual,\u201d which today probably sounds very antiquated. We\u2019ll examine the ways in which an emphasis on ritual meshes well with modern understandings of human psychology, and enables us to both temporarily control our desires, and permanently transform them over time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
